- Quality-
- Collect Input Docs (Quality & HSE Requirements) from Operations Supervisor/ Client
- Issue Assignment Instruction along with input docs to concerned Inspectors / Auditors
- Review of Inspectors / Auditors report before Client submission
- Arranging transportation / Gate passes as applicable
- Coordination with Client
- Monitor Inspectors / Auditors work Performance
- Resolve Customer comments on Inspection / Audit Reports
- Update Operations Logs and submit it Operations Supervisor
- HSE-
- Ensure work place offer safe and healthy working conditions
- Ensure worksites offer safe and healthy working conditions for Inspectors / Auditors
- Comply Company HSE Requirements & Client HSE requirements as applicable on work place
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
- Do not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments and Environment Impact assessment
- Report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues
- Submit Monthly HSE Report to QHSE Manager
Management System Lead Auditor

- Follow the inspection schedule & complete the inspection as planned.
- Coordinate with inspection coordinator / Client / Vendor to carry out relevant service.
- Inspection as per Input Documents & collect evidences related to inspection.
- Authorized to endorse the vendor inspection reports.
- Prepare the inspection reports & submit to concerned Coordinator
- Authorized to raise NCR for nonconformity observed during inspection.
- Monitoring of Inspectors (for Sr. Inspectors only)
- Certifications:
- CSWIP-3.1 / AWS CWI (for Welding Inspector)
- BGAS-II / NACE CIP-1/2 (For Painting Inspector)
- API 510: for Sr. Inspector In-service Inspection of Pressure Equipment
- Basic Awareness of Quality & HSE Management systems & its implementation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001)
